Pricing Guide and Turn Around Time

Principle
We do business by our motto: "No data,
no charge!" If we cannot retrieve the data that is pertinent
to you, you will not be charged.
Labor charge for data recovery is based on time
and effort we spent on data recovery process, not on quantity of
data recovered. Customers are required to verify their recovered
data at checkout. No refund is issued once the data leaves our premises.
To get a general idea, below is our data recovery service pricing
guideline. A more accurate quote will be available upon a complete
evaluation of your media.

Data loss due to human operating error commonly falls
into this pricing category. Tier 1 data recovery applies
to situations where data is deleted, existing operating
system is overwritten, or hard drive is formatted without

Tier 2 PC Data Recovery |
| From
$300.00 to $799.00 |
| Tier 2 data recovery
involves cases which require more invasive data recovery
work. This category ranges from minor damage to the media
or data structure to severe Logical Causes. Operating
system corruption, firmware corruption, database indexing
corruption, file structure damage are just some of the
Tier 2 data recovery indication. Hard drive making clicking
sound most likely starts at the high end of this category
and might move into Tier 3 if it requires component exchange
with donor hard drive. In these cases, more time and effort
may be required for your data recovery. |
|
|
Tier 3 PC Data Recovery |
| $800.00
and up |
Physical damages
to media, clicking sound , hard drive hangs unresponsively
or freeze are some of the examples of Tier 3 data recovery.
On some occasions, your hard drive may not respond to
conventional means of data retrieval, or your data may
have critical data structure damage. These also belong
to Tier 3 data recovery category. Special data recovery
methods like clean room procedures may be necessary for
successful data retrieval. This is a very intense procedure
and requires significant technical skills for successful
data recovery accomplishment. We will cover the cost of
parts regardless we can recover the data or not at the
end.
